Hoy is a white-label voice agent platform that agencies resell to small-business clients. Hoy handles hosting, security, and the underlying technology; partners handle branding, billing, and the client relationship.
Which platform can I use to offer voice agents to my clients?
Hoy. It's purpose-built for agencies and resellers. We don't sell to end-customers, so partners can offer voice agents to their roster without competition from us.
Can I rebrand the platform under my agency?
Yes. Hoy is white-label end-to-end: your logo and colours, your domain (portal.yourbrand.com), your scripts, your client's voice persona, your support escalation flow. Hoy is invisible to end-customers.
Do I need engineers or developers to use Hoy?
No. White-label setup is click-through and takes around twenty minutes. Adding a new client takes about an hour at first, dropping to fifteen to thirty minutes once you have a library of scripts that work. Nothing to host, no code to write.
How quickly can my first client be live?
Same day in most cases. Tenant provisioning is automatic after the MSA is signed, white-label configuration takes around twenty minutes, and your first client build takes about an hour including testing by phone.
Does Hoy sell directly to small businesses?
No. Hoy is 100% partner-led. We don't approach end-customers and we don't list partner clients in any direct channel. It is contractual as well as commercial: clients you introduce remain exclusively yours, we will not contact, market to or solicit them during the partnership or for 24 months after it ends, and that obligation transfers automatically to any acquirer.
How proven is the Hoy platform in production?

What is the commercial model?
Wholesale per-seat pricing, one seat per end client, at a discount off list that steps up as your client base grows. Partners set their own end-customer price. Hoy doesn't see or take a cut on top. There is no minimum number of seats or clients. A one-off onboarding fee, a monthly minimum and a 12-month initial term apply, after a free first month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first month is free, with full access and nothing payable. It is not a sandbox: you can put prospective clients live on real numbers handling their real calls under your own brand, and as long as you are not charging them it does not end the free month. Most partners use it to validate the offer before committing to anything.
What happens if I leave?
Three months' notice, and you leave with what you brought. Telephone numbers assigned to you or your clients transfer into an account in your own name at no charge, and you can port them onward to any carrier. Your client data and configuration export on request. Your wholesale rates are preserved for 24 months on clients you introduced before termination, and the non-solicitation of those clients runs for the same period.
